How do you accept payment for membership?

Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

The payment is made via PaymentWall payment provider. It is 100% safe system that ensures confidentiality of your payment card data. Payment process takes place in a protected mode and confidential data received are not stored on our site. This ensures absolute safety of your payment.

What if I paid but my membership has not been activated?

Note that membership is not activated immediately after your transaction. The time is needed to check the accuracy of the data you provided in the payment process. It can take some time. Your membership will be activated after verification, and you'll receive activation notification to your e-mail.

How can I prolong my membership?

Your membership will be automatically prolonged according to the membership plan chosen at payment.

How can I cancel my membership?

In order to cancel your membership, sign in to your account, enter 'Contact' section and write a message via special form choosing 'Billing Issues' subject. You should include your Order ID or E-mail address that you have used in the payment form.

What if my credit card has been rejected by the payment system?

There can be many reasons for that: lack of funds on the card, reaching overdraft limit, etc. To solve the situation, please refer to our payment provider
