What Internet browsers can I use with the site?
The site supports all main browsers: Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera, and Safari. Use updated versions of the browsers if possible. Make sure cookies and JavaScript are enabled in your browser. Make sure you have Macromedia Flash Player plug-in installed in your browser.

What if I have Macromedia Flash Player plug-in installed but I cannot start the application?
You may have an old version of Macromedia Flash Player installed. The application was developed for version 8 and above. The latest version of Macromedia Flash Player can be installed for free from here http://www.adobe.com/go/getflashplayer.

What are cookies and how can I enable them?
Cookie are small data files placed to your computer by server via browser. They help to identify the same visitor and individualize his/her usage of the web site, e.g. when you are log on, you don't need to enter password again when you move through the site pages. With cookies disabled, you cannot use the site under your login and password.
To enable cookies in your browser, make the following:
INTERNET EXPLORER 6 and above:
Select "Internet Options" from "Tools" menu, select "Privacy" tab and click "Advanced" button. Check "Override automatic cookie handling" and check both "Accept".
FIREFOX 2.0 and above:
Select "Options" from "Tools" menu. Select "Privacy" then "Cookies" and check "Accept cookies from sites". Click "Exceptions..." button and ensure our site is not blocked.
OPERA 8.00 and above:
Select "Preferences" from the "Tools" menu, then select "Advanced" tab and "Cookies", and check "Accept cookies".
SAFARI:
Select "Preferences..." from Safari menu. Select "Security" tab and check "Always" in "Accept Cookies" section.

What is JavaScript and how can I enable it?
JavaScript is an object-oriented language used in many Internet applications. If compared with static HTML, JavaScript allows for more interactive interface.
A typical example is processing of data input by a user:
- checking the data accuracy
- returning of messages to the screen
- data processing
- recording to a file
- returning result to the user
- other necessary actions
To enable JavaScript, make the following:
INTERNET EXPLORER 6 and above:
1. Select "Tools" in the upper menu.
2. Select "Internet Options".
3. Select "Security" tab.
4. Click "Custom Level" button.
5. Scroll down to "Scripting" section.
6. Check "Enable" for "Active Scripting" and "Java/Scripting of Java Applets" parameters.
7. Click "ÎÊ".
8. Click "Yes" in the confirmation window.
9. Click "ÎÊ" and close the window.
10. Close and start the browser.
MOZILLA FIREFOX 2 and above:
1. Select "Tools" in the upper menu.
2. Select "Options".
3. Select "Content" tab.
4. Check "Enable JavaScript".
5. Click "Advanced" to start "Advanced JavaScript Options" dialog.
6. Check the necessary options.
7. Click "ÎÊ".
8. Click "ÎÊ".
OPERA 8 and above:
1. Select "Tools" and then "Preferences".
2. Select "Advanced" tab.
3. Select "Content" subsection.
4. Check "Enable JavaScript".
SAFARI:
1. Select "Safari" in the upper menu.
